- Do you offer gift cards? We do offer physical gift cards but they are available for purchase and redemption in store only. If you'd like to purchase one, please call us at 704-887-6050 and we'll process the order over the phone and mail it to you or your recipient.
- Do you offer custom personalized apparel? We do not, but there are many local vendors that will personalize your item (e.g. Alphabet Soup, kiosk at the mall).
- Are you open during lunch hours? We are open 7:30am - 3:30pm each day your child is in school. We occasionally step away to check the mail, deliver items to classrooms or go to the dining hall. We will post our return time on the door.
- When will my order ship? Orders will be fulfilled by the end of the day if placed by noon.
- Can I use my Charger Club membership discount? Effective October 19, 2020 you may now take advantage of your Charger Club discount. When checking out, please state if you are a Super Charger or a Regular Charger Club member in the “Notes” section. After verifying your membership with the Charger Club roster, the appropriate discount will be refunded to the card used on your transaction. Discounts do not apply to certain items (e.g. masks, Logitech, sale items, etc.) Discounts are not retroactive and are effective October 19, 2020.
