- Do you offer gift cards? We do offer physical gift cards but they are available for purchase and redemption in store only. If you'd like to purchase one, please call us at 704-887-6050 and we'll process the order over the phone and mail it to you or your recipient.
- Do you offer custom personalized apparel? We can have a PD logo embroidered onto your item. The turnaround time is around 2 weeks.
- Are you open during lunch hours? We are open 7:30am - 3:30pm each day your child is in school. We occasionally step away to check the mail, deliver items to classrooms or go to the dining hall. We will post our return time on the door.
- When will my order ship? Orders will be fulfilled by the end of the day if placed by noon.
- Can I use my Charger Club membership discount? Yes, you may take advantage of your Charger Club discount. When checking out, please state if you are a Super Charger or a Regular Charger Club member in the “Notes” section. After verifying your membership with the Charger Club roster, the appropriate discount will be refunded to the card used on your transaction. Discounts do not apply to certain items (e.g. Yeti, masks, Logitech crayons, sale items & PE uniforms). Discounts are not retroactive.
- Can I come into the store on campus to shop? Yes, we are open 7:30-3:30 each school day. You must check in at the DeMayo Center and get a visitor pass and COVID screen before shopping.
